激素依赖性皮炎样皮肤病的临床特点

Clinical Characteristics of Corticosteroid Dependent Dermatitis Skin Disease

目的总结分析激素依赖性皮炎样皮肤病的临床特点。方法回顾性分析研究我院皮肤科确诊收治的50例因外用化妆品而出现激素依赖性皮炎患者的临床资料,并总结该类疾病的临床特点。结果 50例患者中,皮炎18例(36.0%),痤疮12例(24.0%),酒渣鼻10例(20.0%),毛细血管扩张6例(12.0%),色素沉着4例(8.0%)。50例患者分为两组,乙组的治疗有效率水平明显优于甲组(P<0.05)。结论临床分析明确激素依赖性皮炎特点后,临床可选择雷公藤片用药治疗,效果显著。

Objective To summarize and analyze the clinical characteristics of corticosteroid dependent dermatitis like dermatosis. Methods 80 cases of steroid dependent dermatitis caused by topical cosmetics in our department of dermatology were retrospectively analyzed, and the clinical characteristics of these diseases were summarized. Results In 50 patients, 18 cases of dermatitis （36%）, 12 cases of acne （24%）, 10 cases of rosacea （20%）, telangiectasia in 6 cases （12%）, 4 cases （5%） were pigmented. 50 patients were divided into two groups, and the effective rate of group B was better than that of the group A （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion After clinical analysis of the characteristics of steroid dependent dermatitis, the clinical use of tripterygium wilfordii tablets treatment, the effect is signifcant.
