微创内固定技术与切开复位钢板内固定治疗胫骨远端骨折疗效比较 被引量:1

摘要 目的比较微创内固定技术与切开复位钢板内固定治疗胫骨远端骨折疗效。方法选取我院2016年1月—2017年1月收治的60例胫骨远端骨折患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例,对照组采用切开切开复位钢板内固定治疗,观察组采用微创内固定技术治疗。结果两组手术时间、住院时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组术中出血量及骨折愈合时间高于对照组,且治疗有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微创内固定技术应用于胫骨远端骨折治疗的临床疗效好,能有效加快患者的骨折愈合进度,减少术中出血量,安全性高,较切开复位钢板内固定更有优势。 Objective To compare the curative effect of minimally invasive internal fxation and open reduction plate internal fxation in the treatment of distal tibial fracture. Methods 60 cases of distal tibial fractures treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, each with 30 cases. The control group was treated by open reduction and internal fixation with internal fixation, and the observation group was treated with minimally invasive internal fixation. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups of operation time and hospitalization time (P 〉 0.05). The amount of bleeding and the healing time of fracture in the observation group were higher than that of the control group, and the effective rate of the treatment was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically signifcant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Minimally invasive internal fixation is effective in treating distal tibial fractures. It can effectively accelerate the progress of fracture healing, reduce intraoperative blood loss and safety, and is more advantageous than open reduction and plate fxation.
