氯吡格雷和阿司匹林配合治疗心肌梗死患者的疗效及安全性

Efficacy and Safety of Clopidogrel and Aspirin in the Treatment of Patients With Myocardial Infarction

目的分析氯吡格雷和阿司匹林配合治疗心肌梗死患者的疗效及安全性。方法将126例本院2015年2月—2017年3月心内科接受治疗的心肌梗死患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方式分组,分别为参照组(65例,阿司匹林治疗)和治疗组(61例,氯吡格雷+阿司匹林治疗),比对两组患者治疗效果、临床指标与不良反应发生率。结果治疗组疗效及临床各指标均优于参照组(P<0.05);但组间不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林用于治疗心肌梗死,可有效提升治疗效率,安全性较高。

Objective To analyze the effcacy and safety of clopidogrel and aspirin in the treatment of patients with myocardial infarction. Methods 126 patients with myocardial infarction treated from February 2015 to March 2017 the department of cardiology were studied and grouped according to the methods of treatment. The reference group （65 cases, aspirin treatment） and the treatment group （61 cases, clopidogrel plus aspirin treatment） were compared to two groups of patients in terms of treatment effect, clinical index and incidence of adverse reactions. Results The curative effect and clinical indexes of the treatment group were superior to those of the reference group （P 〈 0.05）. However, there was no signifcant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between groups （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Clopidogrel combined with aspirin in the treatment of myocardial infarction can effectively improve the efficiency of the treatment and have a high safety.
