The Legal Dilemma and Treatment in the Excavation of Space Culture in Ancient Town

近年来,随着古镇文化游的兴起,社会各界对古镇文化价值诉求的重视程度不断提高。在市场经济自发性与趋利性的作用下,越来越多的古镇被开发成商业化气息浓厚的旅游目的地,造成古镇内大量珍贵古建筑遗迹、古文物被破坏,古镇文化生态系统的稳定性与古镇文化传承的可持续性受到极大的负面影响。鉴于此,阐释古镇空间的价值诉求,分析古镇空间文化发掘中的法律困境,并提出相应的对策建议。

In recent years, with the rise of cultural tourism in ancient town, attention from all kinds of areas in society to the importanceof the cultural value of the ancient town has increased.Under effect of market economy which including spontaneity and fickle kinds,more and more ancient towns have been developed into tourism destinations filled with commercial atmosphere , which causea largenumber of valuable ancient relics and antiquities in ancient towns destroyed.The stability of culture ecosystem in ancient towns and sus-tainability of the cultural heritage in ancient towns have been negatively affected greatly.This paper expounds the value demand of thespace of ancient towns , analyzes the legal difficulties in the excavation of space culture of ancient towns, and puts forward the corre-sponding countermeasures.
