针药并用治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫脾胃虚弱证的临床效果分析

Clinical Analysis of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Treating Diabetic Gastroparesis with Deficiency of Spleen and Stomach Syndrome

目的分析总结针药并用在脾胃虚弱证糖尿病性胃轻瘫治疗中的临床效果。方法抽调医院收治的85例脾胃虚弱证糖尿病性胃轻瘫患者进行研究,对比评价不同方法疗效。结果观察组治疗后中医症状积分(2.82±1.68)分、治疗有效率(93.3%)与对照组(5.60±2.12)分、(72.5%)相比,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论脾胃虚弱证糖尿病性胃轻瘫采用针药并用效果确切。

Objective To analyze and summarize the clinical effects of acupuncture and drug used in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis in spleen-stomach deficiency syndrome. Methods A total of 85 cases of diabetic gastroparesis patients with spleen-stomach deficiency syndrome were admitted to the hospital for study, and the curative effects of different methods were compared. Results After treatment, symptom score （2.82 ± 1.68）, treatment effective rate （93.3%） in observation group was signifcantly different from that in control group （5.60 ± 2.12） and （72.5%）, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion Deficiency syndrome of spleen and stomach with diabetic gastroparesis with acupuncture combined with the exact effect.
