针刺夹脊穴配合刺络拔罐治疗带状疱疹及后遗神经痛的价值分析

Analysis Value of Acupuncture Jiaji Acupoint Combined With Puncture and Cupping in the Treatment of Herpes Zoster and Sequela Neuralgia

目的分析针刺夹脊穴配合刺络拔罐治疗带状疱疹及后遗神经痛的价值。方法收集2015年8月—2017年8月本院收治的50例带状疱疹及后遗神经痛患者,分为观察组(n=25)和对照组(n=25)。对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组采用针刺夹脊穴配合刺络拔罐治疗。比较治疗效果、VAS、灼烧感、瘙痒感评分。结果治疗效果观察组较高;VAS、灼烧感、瘙痒感评分观察组较低,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论针刺夹脊穴配合刺络拔罐可有效缓解带状疱疹及后遗神经痛患者的瘙痒、疼痛等症状。

Objective To analyze the value of acupuncture Jiaji acupointcombined with puncture and cupping for the treatment of herpes zoster and sequela of neuralgia. Methods 50 cases of herpes zoster and sequela of neuralgia were collected from August 2015 to August 2017 in our hospital, which were divided into the observation group （n=25） and the control group （n=25）. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, and the observation group was treated with acupuncture Jiaji acupoint and pricking collaterals cupping. The effect of treatment, VAS, burning sensation and pruritus were compared. Results The observation group of the treatment effect was higher, and the VAS, the burning sensation and the itching score were lower in the observation group, and the difference was statistically significant, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion Acupuncture jiaji acupoint combined with pricking and cupping can effectively relieve the symptoms of pruritus and pain in patients with herpes zoster and sequela of neuralgia.
