早期康复护理模式在脑梗死患者临床护理中的应用价值

The Application Value of Early Rehabilitation Nursing Model in the Clinical Nursing of Cerebral Infarction Patients

目的探讨早期康复护理模式在脑梗死患者临床护理中的应用价值。方法选取我院2017年1—11月收治的90例脑梗死患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各组45例,观察组采用早期康复护理模式,对照组采用常规护理模式。结果观察组治疗总有效率以及患者对护理满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脑梗死患者采用早期康复护理模式,能够提高患者的护理效果和护理满意度,减少患者不良情况的发生。

Objective To explore the application value of early rehabilitation nursing mode in the clinical nursing of patients with cerebral infarction. Methods 90 patients with cerebral infarction treated from January to November 2017 in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 45 cases in each group. The observation group adopted the early rehabilitation nursing mode and the control group adopted the conventional nursing mode. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group and the satisfaction of the patients were higher than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The early rehabilitation nursing model for patients with cerebral infarction can improve the patient＇s nursing effect and nursing satisfaction, and reduce the occurrence of the patient＇s bad situation.
