POEM治疗贲门失弛缓症的应用及临床护理要点研究

目的探究POEM治疗贲门失弛缓症的应用及临床护理要点。方法选取2016年1月—2017年10月POEM治疗贲门失弛缓症的患者84例按随机表分组。对照组采用普通护理方法 ;观察组给予全面护理方法。比较两组患者护理工作满意率;POEM术前准备质量、术中配合质量、术后监护质量、文书写作质量;LES残余压力和Eckardt评分。结果观察组患者护理工作满意率比对照组高,P<0.05;观察组POEM术前准备质量、术中配合质量、术后监护质量、文书写作质量比对照组好,P<0.05;观察组LES残余压力和Eckardt评分比对照组低,P<0.05。结论 POEM治疗贲门失弛缓症的应用及全面临床护理要点效果确切,可有效降低LES残余压力和Eckardt评分,提高护理服务质量,提高患者护理满意度。

Objective To explore the application of POEM in the treatment of achalasia of the cardia and the main points of clinical nursing. Methods 84 patients with achalasia of the cardia from January 2016 to October 2017 were grouped in a random list. In the control group, the general nursing method was used, and the observation group was given a comprehensive nursing method. The satisfaction rate of nursing work in the two groups was compared. POEM pre operation preparation quality, intraoperative quality, postoperative monitoring quality and writing quality; LES residual stress and Eckardt score. Results The satisfaction rate of nursing care in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, P 〈 0.05; The quality of preoperative preparation, intraoperative quality, postoperative monitoring quality and writing quality of POEM in the observation group were better than those in the control group, P 〈 0.05; The residual pressure and Eckardt score of LES in the observation group were lower than that of the control group, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion The application of POEM in the treatment of achalasia and the effect of comprehensive clinical nursing are effective, which can effectively reduce the residual pressure and Eckardt score of LES, improve the quality of nursing service and improve the satisfaction degree of patients.
