恶性肿瘤患者疼痛方案的护理

Nursing Care for Patients With Malignant Tumor

目的探讨恶性肿瘤患者疼痛的护理方案。方法收集我院的恶性肿瘤患者,随机分为研究组和对照组,两组常规护理均相同,研究组加用疼痛护理。对比两组患者护理前后疼痛评分、焦虑评分及抑郁评分和对护士的护理满意度。结果两组护理前疼痛评分、焦虑评分及抑郁评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后疼痛评分、焦虑评分及抑郁评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组对护士的护理满意度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论认真分析引起恶性肿瘤患者疼痛的原因,给予针对性护理可以减少患者的疼痛程度,提高患者对护士护理满意度。

Objective To explore the nursing plan for the pain of the patients with malignant tumor. Methods The patients with malignant tumor in our hospital were collected and divided into the study group and the control group randomly. The two groups of routine nursing were the same, and the research group was treated with pain nursing. The pain scores, anxiety scores, depression scores and nurses＇ nursing satisfaction were compared before and after nursing in the two groups. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups before nursing pain score, anxiety score and depression score （P 〉 0.05）. The difference of pain score, anxiety score and depression score after nursing was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. The difference of nursing satisfaction between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Careful analysis of the causes of pain in patients with malignant tumor, giving targeted nursing can reduce the degree of pain and improve patient satisfaction with nurses.
