共情护理对全子宫切除患者情绪和生活质量的影响

Influence of Empathy on Mood and Quality of Life in Patients With Total Hysterectomy

目的探究共情护理对全子宫切除患者情绪和生活质量的影响。方法选取2015年10月—2017年9月我院全子宫切除术患者120例,将其随机分为2组,对照组(60例)采用常规护理,观察组(60例)采用共情护理干预,评估两组患者的生活质量、SAS评分和SDS评分。结果护理后,两组患者的SAS评分、SDS评分均降低,且观察组评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组生命质量测定表的整体生活质量量表评分低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论共情护理可有效舒缓全子宫切除患者焦虑、抑郁等负面情绪,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of empathy on the mood and quality of life in patients with total hysterectomy. Methods 120 cases of total hysterectomy in our hospital from October 2015 to September 2017 were selected and divided into 2 groups randomly. The control group （60 cases） was treated with routine nursing, and the observation group （60 cases） was treated with empathy intervention to evaluate the quality of life, SAS score and SDS score in the two groups. Results After nursing, the SAS score and SDS score of the two groups were all lower, and the score of the observation group was better than the control group, the differencewas statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The total quality of life scale of the control group was lower than that of the observation group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Empathy nursing can effectively relieve the negative emotions such as anxiety and depression in patients with total hysterectomy and improve the quality of life of the patients.
