子宫动脉栓塞术治疗产后大出血临床护理观察

Clinical Nursing Observation of Uterine Artery Embolization in the Treatment of Postpartum Hemorrhage

目的观察子宫动脉栓塞术治疗产后大出血的临床护理相关内容。方法选取2015年1月—2017年12月我中心进行子宫栓塞术治疗产后大出血患者46例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各23例,观察组患者选择综合性护理,对照组患者选用常规护理,观察护理结果。结果观察组护理满意度为95.65%,对照组为73.91%。观察组手术耗时(45.61±6.57)min,停止出血时间(5.2±2.1)d,术后并发症率4.35%;对照组手术耗时(72.14±10.31)min,停止出血时间(8.5±3.2)d,术后并发症率30.43%。观察组患者护理满意度优于对照组,手术耗时短于对照组,停止出血时间短于对照组,并发症率少与对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对子宫动脉栓塞术治疗产后大出血的患者进行综合性护理能够全面改善患者病情,缩短出血时间,提高护理满意度。

Objective To observe the clinical nursing contents of uterine artery embolization in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage. Methods From January 2015 to December 2017, 46 cases of postpartum hemorrhage were treated by uterine embolization in our hospital. The patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, each with 23 cases, the observation group chose the comprehensive nursing, the control group selected the routine nursing, and observed the nursing results. Results The nursing satisfaction was 95.65% in the observation group and 73.91% in the control group. The operation time of the observation group was （45.61±6.57） min, and the bleeding time was （5.2±2.1） d, and the postoperative complication rate was 4.35%. The control group took the time （72.14±10.31） min, stopped bleeding time （8.5±3.2） d, and the postoperative complication rate was 30.43%. The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was better than that of the control group. The time of operation and the time of stopping bleeding were shorter than that of the control group. The rate of complications was less than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing of uterine artery embolization for postpartum hemorrhage can improve patient＇s condition, shorten bleeding time and improve nursing satisfaction.
