脑卒中偏瘫患者早期康复护理的临床效果观察

Clinical Effect Observation on Early Rehabilitation Nursing of Stroke Patients With Hemiplegia

目的探讨脑卒中偏瘫患者早期康复护理的临床效果。方法选取2016年4月—2017年4月到我院进行脑卒中偏瘫治疗的患者102例,将患者随机分为两组,编号为实验组和对照组,每组51例。对照组使用常规护理;实验组选择早期康复护理,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果实验组满意度94.11%,高于对照组74.51%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组有效率96.07%,高于对照组76.47%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脑卒中偏袒患者进行早期康复护理,能够提高护理效果,对患者康复有积极作用,患者对护理满意度的评价较高。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of early rehabilitation nursing for stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods 102 cases of stroke hemiplegia treated in our hospital from April 2016 to April 2017 were randomly divided into two groups, the experimental group and the control group, 51 cases in each group. The control group used routine nursing, and the experimental group selected early rehabilitation nursing to compare the nursing effect of the two groups. Results The degree of satisfaction in the experimental group was 94.11%, which was higher than that of the control group 74.51%, and the difference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. The effective rate of the experimental group was 96.07%, which was higher than that of the control group 76.47%, and the difference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing for patients with partial cerebral apoplexy can improve the effect of nursing, and has a positive effect on the rehabilitation of patients. The patients have a higher evaluation of nursing satisfaction.
