临床护理路径在单纯性下肢静脉曲张手术患者中的应用

Application of Clinical Nursing Pathway in Patients With Simple Varicose Veins of Lower Extremity

目的探析单纯性下肢静脉曲张手术患者采取临床护理路径(CNP)护理的临床效果。方法以2016年2月—2017年2月在我院接受手术治疗的96例单纯性下肢静脉曲张患者作为观察对象,根据护理方式不同分成观察组和对照组,各48例;对照组采取常规手术护理,观察组采取CNP护理,对比两组患者手术时间、术后住院时间、医疗费用,并掌握两组术后并发症情况。结果观察组术前准备时间、手术时间及术后住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在单纯性下肢静脉曲张手术中实施CNP护理,可提升手术效率,缩短术后住院时间,减少术后并发症发生。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of clinical nursing path （CNP） nursing for patients with simple lower extremity varicose surgery. Methods From February 2016 to February 2017, 96 patients with simple varicose veins of lower extremities underwent operation in our hospital. They were divided into observation group and control group according to different nursing methods, 48 cases in each group. The control group received routine surgical nursing, while the observation group received CNP nursing. The operative time, postoperative hospitalization time and medical expenses of the two groups were compared, and the postoperative complications of the two groups were also observed. Results The preoperative preparation time, operation time and postoperative hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, the difference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of CNP nursing in simple lower extremity varicose surgery can improve the effciency of operation, shorten the time of postoperative hospitalization, and reduce the postoperative complications.
