军民融合推进过程中价值导向问题探析

A Probe into the Value Orientation in the Promotion Process of Military-Civilian Integration

"军民融合"是国家安全和发展的重要战略举措,如何确保其正确实施,树立正确价值导向起到至关重要的作用。本文从军民融合的本质内涵出发,指出了军民融合的价值导向为和平发展、民族国家利益至上,阐明了军民融合发展过程中容易出现的价值导向问题,并提出了一些相应举措,以确保军民融合沿着正确方向发展,并有效激励军民参与军民融合建设的积极性。

Military-civilian integration is a vital strategic measure for national security and development. Starting from the core connotation of military-civilian integration,this paper points out that the value orientation should be laid on peaceful development and supremacy of national interests. Possible problems concerning this value orientation are illustrated with corresponding countermeasures proposed for military-civilian integration process. This is meant to guarantee the correct development direction of military-civilian integration construction,and to successfully encourage its participation enthusiasm.
