Using the Concept of Circular Economy to Guide Urban Design

基于循环经济内涵来看,其内在核心在于循环使用物质资源、高效利用能量等,其本质在于用最小的环境代价、资源消耗来获取最大的经济效益。在城市设计时要将循环经济理念运用其中,从而构建出一种与环境相互和谐的可持续发展的经济模式。首先,阐述循环经济的内涵及准则、城市设计的概念和认识;其次,分别从宏观层面、中观层面、维观层面来探讨循环经济理念在城市设计中的具体应用。

Based on the connotation of circular economy,its inner core lies in the recycling of material resources,efficient use of energy,its essence is with the minimum environmental cost,the consumption of resources to obtain the greatest economic benefits.In urban design and design,we should use the concept of circular economy,and can build a sustainable economic development model which is in harmony with the environment.This paper expounds the connotation of circular economy and principles of city design,concept and knowledge,secondly,from the macro level,meso level,dimensional view to discuss the application of the concept of circular economy in city design.
