Path of Discipline Inspection in Universities Under the Perspective of the Relationship Between Honesty and Clean Government

高校廉政建设和反腐败斗争是全面贯彻从严治党的重要组成部分,也是办好人民满意的教育的重要保障。高校的人才培养、科学研究、社会服务和文化传承的功能及其独特的人才优势决定了高校纪检监察工作的方式应契合高校实际,构建"人"、"事"、"制(度)"三方面内外纵横的立体化纪检监察格局,从"廉洁"和"廉政"两种指向入手,有机融合"人"的教育、"事"的监管、"制度"的构建三个要素,标本兼治,营造清正廉明的高校文化氛围。

The efforts to uphold integrity and fight corruption in universities are the most important part of strict management of the Party, and a vital guarantee for running a satisfying education for the people. The functions of universities as regard education, research, social service and cultural inheritance and their unique advantoges with their talents decide that supervision in universities must match the practices, a cubic layout with horizontal and vertical roots composed of mechanism to be constructed. The two orientations of integrity and clean administration integrated with the education of the men, supervision of the affair and the establishment of mechanisms are to be set up to nurture a clean and honest university environment.
