摘要 我国铁路信息化标准管理工作取得了极大进展,保证了铁路信息系统的规范建设、有序运营。但是由于受到专业分割、信息管理等因素的制约,铁路各行业各部门标准繁杂,并未形成一套互联互通的管理体系,缺乏多部门高效协同的渠道,标准的信息化管理水平尚需提高。在铁路信息化标准管理系统管理模式基础上,提出系统业务支撑模块,建立系统的体系架构、逻辑架构和信息共享接口,并对系统安全等级进行定位,相应地设计网络方案和数据传输方案以保障系统安全。该系统的建立能有效增强各部门的数据传输,加强技术标准工作,适应铁路技术发展和管理的需要。 In recent years, the standardization of China’s railway information management has made good progress, which help ensure the consistent and ordered construction and operation of the railway information system. However, due to constraints of profession segmentation, lack of information management, efficient synergetic management channels have not been established,and the information management standard still needs to be improved. In this paper, based on the standardized model of railway information management system, the authors suggest to establish a business support system and to construct a systematic architecture and information sharing interface. The authors also recommend to upgrade the system security, and to design digital network plan to ensure the reliability and security of the system. The proposed system is able to significantly improve the data transmission among different railway departments, and better satisfy the need of the development of railway information technology and management.
