金蝉止痒胶囊对慢性湿疹皮肤瘙痒的影响

Effects of Jinchan Zhiyang Capsule on the Pruritus of Chronic Eczema

目的观察金蝉止痒胶囊对慢性湿疹瘙痒程度的缓解情况,为本药的使用提供临床依据。方法对30例金蝉止痒胶囊联合苯磺贝他斯汀治疗的慢性湿疹患者(治疗组),及苯磺贝他斯汀治疗的慢性湿疹患者(对照组)用药2个疗程后,观察治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分数据变化判定疗效;并对起效时间和疗效维持时间进行比较。结果各组治疗后,VAS评分均有下降(P<0.05),治疗组VAS评分下降程度大于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组起效时间与对照组起效时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组疗效维持时间与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论金蝉止痒胶囊对慢性湿疹患者皮肤瘙痒有显著的缓解作用,且具备疗效维持较长的优势。

Objective In order to observe the release of Jinchan Zhiyang capsule on the pruritus of chronic eczema, andprovide clinical evidence. Methods Thirty cases of chronic eczema patients who were treated with Jinchan Zhiyang capsulecombined with Bepotastine Besilate tablets were taken as treatment group. Another 30 cases of chronic eczema patients whowere treated with Bepotastine Besilate tablets only were taken as control group. The visual analogue scale （VAS） scores werecollected and evaluated before and after the treatment and the oneset time and duration of the treatment were compared aswell. Results VAS scores of each group were decreased after treatment （P〈0.05）, while VAS scores of the treatment groupdecreased much more than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. There were no statistically significant differences of the onsettime in treatment group and control group （P〉0.05）. However the duration in treatment group was much significantly longercompared with that in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Jinchan Zhiyang capsule can obviously relieve itching of chroniceczema patients, and has the advantage in lasting of curative effect.
