中药药浴治疗寻常型银屑病65例疗效观察

Effects of Chinese Herbs Medicated Bath in Treating Psoriasis Vulgaris

目的探讨我院自制中药药浴Ⅴ号治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效与安全性。方法收集2016年11月—2017年4月期间在我院皮肤科门诊就诊的寻常型银屑病患者124例,随机分为2组,治疗组每周1次中药药浴Ⅴ号浸泡,卡泊三醇用于患处,每日早晚各1次,口服本院自制中药冲剂牛皮癣1号和皮炎2号。对照组卡泊三醇用于患处,每日早晚各1次,口服本院自制中药冲剂牛皮癣1号和皮炎2号。4周为1个疗程,连续观察3个疗程,参照PASI标准计分,并根据总评分下降情况评价疗效。结果治疗12周后治疗组PASI评分下降优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组有效率高于对照组(χ~2=4.077,P<0.05),无不良反应。结论我院院内制剂药浴Ⅴ号治疗寻常型银屑病疗效显著,无明显不良反应。

Objective In order to investigate the curative effect of Chinese herbs medicated bath in treating psoriasis vulgaris. MethodsTotal 124 cases of patients with psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The patients in treatmentgroup were received Chinese herbs medicated bath once a week, topical Calcipotriol twice one day and Chinese herbal medicine orally.The patients in control group were taken Chinese herbal medicine orally and Calcipotriol topically. After 12 weeks treatment, the PASIscore were calculated. Results The decrease of PASI score in the treatment group was higher than that of the control （P 〈0.05）.Conclusion The Chinese herbs medicated bath has significant curative effect in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.
