复方甘草酸苷联合氯环利嗪治疗慢性特发性荨麻疹的临床研究

Compound Glycyrrhizin Combined with Clocarbazine in the Treatment of Chronic Idiopathic Urticaria

目的探究氯环利嗪片联合复方甘草酸苷治疗慢性特发性荨麻疹有效性,并分析安全性。方法回顾性分析2015年3月—2017年3月在本院治疗慢性特发性荨麻疹患者80例,均采取随机数表法确定人数,分为观察组与对照组(各40例)。观察组患者采取氯环利嗪片联合复方甘草酸苷治疗,对照组采取氯环利嗪片治疗,疗程4周。比较2组的治疗情况、复发情况及并发症等。结果观察组风团、红斑、瘙痒积分下降较对照组明显,治疗有效率82.50%高于对照组的65.00%(P<0.05);4周后,观察组皮肤病生活质量指数(DLQL)分数下降更加明显较对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者白细胞介素(IL)-2、干扰素(IFN)-γ升高,IL-4、Ig E水平下降较对照组明显(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率12.50%与对照组的15.00%差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而复发率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论氯环利嗪片联合复方甘草酸苷治疗慢性特发性荨麻疹疗效更佳,可显著提高皮肤生活质量,安全性高,有临床推广价值。

Objective In order to investigate the efficacy of clocionazine tablets combined with compound glycyrrhizin in the treatment of chronic idiopathic urticaria, and to analyze the safety. Methods Eighty patients with chronic idiopathic urticaria were treated retrospectively from March 2015 to March 2017. The number of patients was determined by random number table method, which was divided into observation group(40 cases) and control group(40 cases). The observation group was treated with clozapril tablets and compound glycyrrhizin, and the control group was treated with clocionazine tablets for four weeks.Treatment, recurrence and complications of the two groups were compared. Results The curative effect of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P <0.05). After four weeks, the DLQL score of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05), and the effective rate was 82.50%. The levels of IL-2 and IFN-γ in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P <0.05). The incidence of complication was12.50% in observation group and 15.00% in control group(P>0.05), and the recurrence rate was significantly lower than that of control group(P <0.05). Conclusion Chlorhexidine tablets combined with compound glycyrrhizin have better therapeutic effect in the treatment of chronic idiopathic urticaria, significantly improve the quality of skin life with high safety and clinical value.
