药物辅助电针联合激光针治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的疗效观察

Curative effect Observation of Drug Assistance and Electroacupuncture Combined with Laser Acupuncture on Treatment of Post-herpes Neuralgia

目的:探讨药物辅助电针联合激光针治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的疗效观察。方法:回顾性分析本院门诊85例确诊为PHN患者临床资料,其中43例患者接受单纯药物治疗纳入对照组,另42例患者在药物治疗基础上应用电针联合激光针纳入研究组。比较两组患者疼痛情况、临床疗效、不良事件发生情况。结果:治疗前两组患者疼痛评分比较无差异(P>0.05),治疗后两组患者疼痛评分低于治疗前,研究组患者疼痛评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者临床有效率比较有差异(Z=-3.8261,P=0.000)。两组患者不良事件发生率比较无差异(P>0.05)。结论:药物辅助电针联合激光针治疗带状疱疹后神经痛疗效确切,值得推荐使用。

Objective：To investigate the curative effect of drug assistance and electroacupuncture combined with laser acupuncture on treatment of post-herpes neuralgia.Methods：Clinical data of 85 cases with PHN in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed,43 cases given simple medicine therapy were seen as the control group,42 cases given electroacupuncture combined with laser acupuncture on basis of medicine therapy were seen as the observation group.Compare the pain condition,clinical curative effect,adverse reactions of the two groups.Results：Before treatment,the difference of pain score between the two groups had no statistic significance（P〈0.05）,after treatment,pain score of the two groups were declined,and the pain score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.The difference of clinical effective rate between the two groups had no statistic significance（Z=-3.8261,P=0.000）.The difference of adverse event rate between the two groups had no statistic significance（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：Drug assistance and electroacupuncture combined with laser acupuncture on treatment of post-herpes neuralgia have accurate curative effect,it is worthy of application.
