摘要 核电站压力容器的老化管理信息系统,是老化管理的基础信息平台。分析了核电站RPV的老化管理过程,根据软件流程对系统功能模块和数据库结构进行了设计,研究了文件读取、表格化数据图形重构显示等软件开发技术,建立了老化管理信息系统。通过在某核电站应用,实现了RPV部件、运行信息、辐照监督等老化数据的信息化管理,为老化管理提供了直观、趋势化的分析途径。系统能满足核电站老化数据存储进行老化过程管理等应用需求,真实反映老化管理活动现状,提高老化管理效率。 The aging management of pressure vessel in nuclear power plant will help to find and alleviate the aging of equipment in time,and the management information system of aging is the basic information platform for carrying out the aging management activities.Analysis of the aging management of nuclear power station RPV,according to the flow of software design of the system function module and database structure,the file read,tabular data graphic reconstruction display software development technology,establish an aging management information system.Through the application of a nuclear power station in China,the information management of the aging data such as RPV components,operation information and irradiation supervision has been realized.It provides an intuitive and trend analysis for aging management.The system can meet the application requirements of storage aging data and the implementation of aging management in nuclear power plants,which reflects the status of aging management activities and improves the efficiency of aging management.
