蓄电池无线监测系统设计

摘要 为提高供电系统的可靠性,越来越多的场合使用蓄电池来提供不间断的电源供应,以蓄电池无线监测系统设计及蓄电池组的容量预测为主要研究内容,设计出一种基于AT89C51处理器的无线监测系统,同时介绍了系统的硬件结构和软件设计,实现了对单体电池的端电压、内阻、表面温度等主要参数的实时监测,并可对蓄电池组的剩余容量进行预测,从而及时发现性能下降的单体电池,避免影响蓄电池组中其他单体电池,可以延长蓄电池组的使用寿命,提高系统的可靠性;GPRS网络与远程监控中心通讯,能快速地打包上传蓄电池组的运行数据,以供人们查询或决策参考。 Batteries are used to provide uninterrupted power supply in a growing number of occasions for improving the reliability of power supply system.The battery wireless monitoring system and predicting the capacity of storage battery are regarded as the main research contents.The paper designs a wireless monitoring system based on AT89 C51 processor.The hardware structure and software design of the system are also introduced.The system can monitor terminal voltage of monomer battery,internal resistance,surface temperature and other main parameters in realtime and predict the storage battery’s state of charge as well.Furthermore,it can discover the monomer battery of bad performance in time and avoid affecting other single batteries.As a result,we can prolong the service life of storage batteries and improve the reliability of the system.The GPRS network communicates with remote monitoring center,which can ensure that the operating data of storagebattery upload rapidly.People can inquire the data and make decisions.
