基于Comsol Multiphysics的微沟道式细胞分选仪研究

摘要 细胞分选仪可以分析患者的病情,准确而快速的分析能够使患者得到及时治疗。目前常用的细胞分选仪以流式细胞分选仪为主。随着医学界对细胞筛选、分离等能力要求的不断提高,其对细胞分选仪的精确度和运行速度提出了较高要求,并向小型化、集成化方向发展。因此,微沟道式细胞分选仪的理论研究备受瞩目。微沟道式细胞分选仪在提取细胞的基础上,把细胞按照需要筛选到不同试管内,以方便进一步分析与鉴定;通过Comsol Multiphysics软件的仿真环境,对微沟道式细胞分选仪的分选过程作必要的理论分析,并对细胞分选过程作模拟和定性分析。 The cell sorter can analyze the patient’s condition,and patients can receive timely treatment with accurate and rapid analysis.At present,the commonly used cell sorter is flow cytometry.As the medical community for cell screening and separation ability request unceasing enhancement,doctors put forward higher requirements to precision and speed of cell sorter with developing in the direction of miniaturization,integration.Therefore,the theoretical research of microchannel cell classifier is highly anticipated.On the basis of the extraction of cells,the microchannel cell sorting apparatus will screen the cells to different test tubes to facilitate further analysis and identification.Based on the simulation environment of Comsol Multiphysics software,this paper makes necessary theoretical analysis for the sorting process of microchannel cell sorting instrument,and makes a simulation and qualitative analysis of the sorting process of cells.Finally,the solution of cell separation was proposed.
