学员问题主导的PBL教学在长远航医学培训班临床实践课中的应用

The Application of Students' Problem Led PBL Teaching in the Clinical Practice Course of Long Time and Far Distance Voyage Medicine

目的探索学员问题主导的PBL教学法在继续医学教育临床实践教学中的教学效果。方法选取我校2017年12月—2018年1月长远航医学培训班的学员17名作为观察组,观察组学员在临床实践课教学中实施以学员问题主导的PBL教学法;选取2016年11—12月同样班次实施传统教学法的学员23名作为对照组;比较两组的考核成绩,同时,对本年度教改进行问卷调查,评价教学效果。结果与对照组相比,观察组学员的理论知识和实践操作考核成绩均有明显提高;通过调查问卷显示该教学法有助于激发学习兴趣、提高自学能力、提高实践操作熟练度、提高解决实际问题的能力、师生互动加强、课堂活跃度提高、团队协作精神增强。结论学员问题主导的PBL教学法与传统教学法相比,有助于提高长远航医学培训班学员的临床实践教学效果。

Objective To explore the teaching effect of PBL teachingmethod based on students＇ problem in the clinical practice teaching ofcontinuing medical education. Methods From December 2017 to January2018, 17 students of long distance medical training class were selected asthe observation group. The students in the observation group implementedthe students’problem led PBL method in the teaching of clinical practice. 23students of the same class from November to December 2016 carried out thetraditional teaching method were selected as the control group. The teachingeffect was evaluated by comparing the testing scores of the two groups.At the same time, a questionnaire survey was conducted on the teachingreform of this year to evaluate the teaching effect. Results Compared withthe control group, the academic knowledge of the observation group andthe performance evaluation of the practice were obviously improved. The questionnaire showed that this teaching method can help stimulate interest in learning, improve self-learning ability, improve practical operation profciency, improve practical ability to solve practical problems, enhance teacher-student interaction, improve classroom activity and enhance teamwork spirit. Conclusion Compared with the traditional teaching method, the PBL teaching method led by students＇ problems is helpful to improve the teaching effect of clinical practice courses in the training class of long time and far distance voyage medicine.
