初探结构式报告与多站迷你面试结合在影像教学中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨结构式报告结合多站迷你面试(MMI)形式的多媒体交互式教学方法在医学影像专业本科生实践教学中的效果,并评价其应用价值。方法在医学影像专业本科生的实践教学中,采用结构式报告与多站迷你面试(MMI)形式的多媒体交互式相结合的教学方法进行教学(实验组),比较其与传统教学方式(对照组)的教学效果。结果实验组的同学在识别疾病征象及CT图像后处理技术的考核中用时更短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),准确性更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论结构式报告结合多站迷你面试(MMI)形式的多媒体交互式教学方法利于提高医学影像专业本科生的临床技能和职业能力。 Objective To discuss the effect of multi-media interactive teaching method in the form of structured report and multi-station mini-interview in the practical teaching of medical imaging undergraduates, and to evaluate its application value. Methods In the practical teaching of undergraduate students of medical imaging specialty, the teaching method of combining the multimedia interactive with the multi-station mini interview (MMI) and the multi-station mini interview (experimental group) was carried out. The teaching effect was compared with the traditional teaching methods (control group). Results The students in the experimental group were shorter in identifying the signs of disease and the CT image post-processing technique, and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). The accuracy was higher, and the difference was statistically signifcant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The multi-media interactive teaching method in the form of multi-station mini-interview combined with structured report can improve the clinical and professional ability of medical imaging undergraduates.
