经尿道电切术在泌尿外科治疗中的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Transurethral Resection in Urology

目的探讨经尿道电切术在泌尿外科治疗中的临床治疗效果。方法选择我院泌尿外科的患者共56例,对56例患者采取经尿道电切术治疗,对比临床手术前后的各项观察指标改善情况。结果 56例患者的手术平均时间为(61.5±18.5)min,术中出血量平均为(124.5±81.4)ml,平均留置导尿管时间为(4.1±0.3)d。治疗后患者的IPSS、QOL以及Qmax各项观察指标改善情况优于治疗前(P<0.05),同时没有发现严重的并发症。结论对泌尿外科患者采取经尿道电切术治疗的效果良好,可以使患者的相关症状得到明显改善,使手术时间进一步缩短,同时并发症较少,具有安全和有效性。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of transurethral resection in urology. Methods A total of 56 patients received in urological surgery in our hospital were treated with transurethral resection of the urethra, the improvement of various observation indexes before and after clinical operation was compared. Results The average operation time of 56 patients was （61.5±18.5） min, the average amount of bleeding during operation was （124.5±81.4） ml, and the average catheterization time was （4.1±0.3） d. After treatment, the IPSS, QOL and Qmax improved signifcantly （P 〈0.05）, and there was no serious complications. Conclusion The effect of transurethral resection of urinary tract is good, which can signifcantly improve the patient ＇s symptoms, shorten the operation time and reduce the complication, which is safe and effective.
