分析厄贝沙坦联合β受体阻滞剂治疗高血压性肾功能衰竭疗效

Analysis of the Effect of Irbesartan Combined With Beta Blocker in the Treatment of Hypertensive Renal Failure

目的对厄贝沙坦、常规钙拮抗剂、β受体阻滞剂联用对肾功能衰竭(高血压性)的治疗效果及对肾功能的影响进行探讨。方法研究中对照组用钙拮抗剂+β受体阻滞剂治疗,观察组用厄贝沙坦+钙拮抗剂+β受体阻滞剂治疗。结果观察组临床治疗效果佳、肾功能相关指标情况均优,与对照组比较差异存在统计学意义,P<0.05。结论高血压性肾功能衰竭患者接受厄贝沙坦+钙拮抗剂+β受体阻滞剂治疗的效果更佳。

Objective To investigate the effect of irbesartan, conventional calcium antagonist and beta blocker on renal failure （hypertension） and its effect on renal function. Methods In the study, the control group was treated with calcium antagonist ＋ beta blocker, and the observation group was treated with erbesartan＋calcium antagonist＋beta blocker. Results The effect of clinical treatment in the observation group was excellent and the related indexes of renal function were excellent, and there was a difference between the control group and the control group, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion The effect of erbesartan＋calcium antagonist＋beta blocker therapy is better in patients with hypertensive renal failure.
