布拉氏酵母菌联合茵栀黄口服液治疗新生儿黄疸临床效果评价

Clinical Evaluation of Clinical Efficacy of Brachyspira Combined With Yinzhihuang Oral Liquid in the Treatment of Neonatal Jaundice

目的探讨布拉氏酵母菌与茵栀黄口服液联合治疗新生儿黄疸的临床疗效。方法选取我院2015年2月—2016年8月所收治的92例新生儿黄疸患儿为本次研究对象,每组各46例,对照组患儿应用茵栀黄口服液治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用布拉氏酵母菌散剂,对比分析两组患儿治疗前、后的血清总胆红素水平以及患儿胎便排空时间、大便次数与黄疸持续时间。结果两组治疗前血清总胆红素水平差异不存在统计学意义,治疗第3天和第7天研究组患儿的血清总胆红素水平低于对照组;研究组胎便排空时间(37.28±9.21)h少于对照组,且黄疸持续时间为(202.21±11.53)d少于对照组,大便次数(6.89±1.12)次/d多于对照组,两组差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论布拉氏酵母菌联合茵栀黄口服液治疗新生儿黄疸的效果显著,能够有效改善患儿的免疫功能,提高患儿的治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the clinical effcacy of the combination of brachyerella and yinzhihuang oral liquid in the treatment of neonatal jaundice. Methods From February 2015 to August 2015, 92 cases of neonatal jaundice in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups with 46 cases in each group, control group was treated with yinzhihuang oral liquid treatment, on the basis, the study group was treated with brachyspira, serum total bilirubin level and fetal and emptying time, defecate frequency, and duration of jaundice between groups was compared before and after treatment. Results There was no difference in total serum bilirubin level in the two groups before treatment, with no statistical signifcance. The serum total bilirubin level was signifcantly lower in the children on the third and seventh day groups in study groups than the control group. Team meconium emptying time （37.28±9.21） h in study group was less than the control group, and jaundice duration time （202.21±11.53） d in study group was significantly less than the control group, defecate frequency （6.89±1.12）time/d in study group was less than the control group, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion Brachyspira combined with yinzhihuang oral liquid treatment of neonatal jaundice has significant effect, can effectively improve children＇s immune function, improve the therapeutic effect in children.
