摘要
目的探讨对高危儿给予规范管理及早期综合干预的临床价值。方法选取2016年1月—2017年4月出生的高危儿随机分观察组对照组各120例,对照组定期儿童保健门诊体检,按照常规频率随访,进行相应指导,不做其他特殊处理。观察组给予规范管理及早期综合干预:设立规范的高危儿管理系统;定期组织高危儿家长参加育儿大讲堂;儿童保健人员开展早期干预指导并结合家庭干预训练;要求高危儿家长每天开展家庭促进训练。结果观察组高危儿家长训练方法正确掌握程度(96.67%)、训练干预依从性(93.33%)、满意度(98.33%)高于对照组(85.00%、78.33%、85.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高危儿8个月时,观察组高危儿平均DQ评分[(99.56±8.56)分]、语言评分[(97.26±7.23)分]、适应能力[(94.23±7.15)分]、精细动作评分[(93.27±6.67)分]、大运动评分[(101.34±10.23)分]、社交行为评分[(104.34±12.38)分]高于对照组的[(90.25±7.12)分、(86.27±8.09)分、(85.27±6.87)分、(82.64±8.14)分、(93.28±7.34分)、(88.46±11.27)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对高危儿进行规范管理可以提高患儿生命质量。
Objective To explore the clinical value of standardized management and early comprehensive intervention for high-risk infants. Methods From January 2016 to April 2017, high-risk children were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 120 in each group. The control group had regular medical examination, followed up with regular frequency, and did not do other special treatment.The observation group was given standardized management and early comprehensive intervention. A standardized high-risk child management system was set up; parents of high-risk children were regularly organized to participate in the nursery lecture hall; children health care workers conducted early intervention guidance and family intervention training, and parents of high-risk children were required to carry out family promotion training daily. Results In observation group, parents correctly mastere training methods was 96.67%, training intervention compliance was 93.33%, satisfaction was 98.33%, higher than the control group (85.00%, 78.33%, 85,00%) (P 〈 0.05). In 8 month, in the observation group, DQ score was (99.56±8.56), language score was (97.26±7.23), cognitive score was (94.23±7.15), fine motor score was (93.27±6.67), motor score was (101.34±10.23), social score was (104.34±12.38), higher than that of control group [(90.25±7.12), (86.27±8.09), (85.27±6.87), (82.64±8.14), (93.28±7.34), (88.46±11.27)] (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The standard management of high-risk infants can improve the quality of life of children.
