神经内科偏瘫患者综合性康复治疗的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Therapy for Patients With Hemiplegia in Neurology Department

目的研究综合性康复治疗对神经内科偏瘫患者的效果。方法将2016年8月—2017年8月来我院治疗的127例神经内科偏瘫患者作为研究对象,按治疗方式的不同分为两组。对照组(63例)行常规治疗,实验组(64例)行综合性康复治疗。治疗后,比较分析两组患者治疗效果。结果治疗前两组患者神经功能缺损、HAMD评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗2周后,实验组神经功能缺损、HAMD评分低于对照组,治疗4周后,实验组神经功能缺损评分、HAMD显著低于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在偏瘫患者中应用综合性康复治疗,可使得患者神经功能缺损状态得到改善。

Objective To study the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy on neurology patients with hemiplegia. Methods From August 2016 to August 2017, 127 cases of hemiplegia patients in neurology department of the hospital were included in this study, according to the different treatment, they were divided into two groups. Control group （63 cases） was treated with conventional treatment, the experimental group （64 cases） was treated with comprehensive rehabilitation treatment. The effect of two groups of patients was compared. Results Before treatment, neurologic deficits, HAMD score had no significant difference between two groups, P 〉 0.05. 2 weeks after treatment, nerve function defect, HAMD score in the experimental group was lower than the control group, 4 weeks after treatment, nerve function defect and HAMD score in the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group, with statistical significance, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion The application of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy in patients with hemiplegia, can improve patients＇ neurologic defcits.
