抚触护理联合音乐干预对脑出血术后患者负性情绪及疼痛程度的影响

Effect of Touch Nursing Combined With Music Intervention on the Degree of Negative Emotion and Pain in Patients After Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的探讨抚触护理联合音乐干预运用在脑出血患者术后护理中的临床效果。方法将2015年6月—2017年6月收治的100例脑出血手术患者进行研究;以门诊单双日顺序将患者分为观察组和对照组,各50例;对照组实施脑出血手术常规护理,观察组在此基础上联合应用抚触护理、音乐干预,比较两组的心理评分及疼痛评分。结果统计学比较显示,观察组干预后SAS、SDS评分及VAS评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在脑出血手术患者的护理中引入抚触护理及音乐干预可有效缓解患者的术后疼痛及负性情绪。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of touch nursing combined with music intervention on postoperative nursing of patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 100 cases of patients with intracerebral hemorrhage from June 2015 to June 2017 were studied, and were divided into observation group and control group by single and double days of outpatient service, 50 cases in each group. The control group carried out the routine nursing of cerebral hemorrhage operation, and the observation group combined with touching nursing and music intervention on the basis of this. The psychological scores and pain scores of the two groups were compared. Results The SAS, SDS score and VAS score in the observation group were better than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The introduction of touch care and music intervention in the nursing of patients with cerebral hemorrhage can effectively relieve the postoperative pain and negative emotion of the patients.
