探究快速康复外科理念在人工髋关节置换术后的效果

The Effect of Rapid Rehabilitation Surgery Concept on Artificial Hip Replacement

目的探究对老年人工髋关节置换术后患者实施快速康复外科理念的效果。方法随机将90例老年人工髋关节置换术后患者分为常规组(45例,应用常规护理)、快速组(45例,应用快速康复外科理念护理)。研究对比常规组和快速组患者的住院时间、满意度评分、髋关节功能评分及并发症发生率。结果快速组患者住院时间相比常规组明显更短,满意度评分及髋关节功能评分相比常规组明显更高,且并发症发生率相比常规组明显更低,P<0.05。结论对老年人工髋关节置换术后患者实施快速康复外科理念切实可行。

Objective To investigate the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery on patients after artifcial hip arthroplasty in the elderly. Methods Ninety elderly patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty were randomly divided into routine group （45 cases, conventional nursing） and fast group （45 cases, using rapid rehabilitation surgical concept of care）. The length of hospital stay, satisfaction score, hip function score and complication rate between the routine group and the fast group were compared. Results In the fast group, the hospitalization time was significantly shorter than that in the conventional group. The satisfaction score and the hip function score were signifcantly higher than those in the conventional group, and the complication rate was signifcantly lower than that in the conventional group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in elderly patients after hip replacement is feasible.
