微信平台在管理重症胰腺炎患者术后生活质量中的应用效果观察

Application Effect of WeChat Platform in the Management of Postoperative Quality of Life of Patients With Severe Acute Pancreatitis

目的观察微信平台在管理重症胰腺炎患者术后生活质量中的应用效果。方法选取2016年3月—2017年6月我院收治的重症胰腺炎手术治疗患者96例作为观察对象,按照摸球法的分组方式分为对照组(n=48)和试验组(n=48),对照组予以传统口头宣教指导,试验组在此基础上予以微信平台管理,观察并比较两组术后生活质量和并发症发生情况。结果试验组心理功能、社会功能、躯体功能、物质状态评分与对照组进行统计比较,对照组均低于试验组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组术后堵管率、脱管率及复发率均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重症胰腺炎患者术后运用微信平台管理对降低并发症发生率,提高生活质量具有重要价值。

Objective To observe the application of WeChat platform in the management of postoperative quality of life of patients with severe acute pancreatitis. Methods A total of 96 patients with severe pancreatitis treated in our hospital from March 2016 to June 2017 were selected as observation subjects and divided into control group （n = 48） and experimental group （n = 48）. The control group was given the traditional oral mission guidance. On the basis of this, the experimental group was managed by WeChat platform. The postoperative quality of life and complications of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The psychological function, social function, physical function, physical status score of the experimental group compared with the control group, the control group were signifcantly lower than the experimental group, the difference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. The rate of tube, the rate of rupture and the recurrence rate were signifcantly lower than the control group, there was a statistically signifcant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The management of patients with severe acute pancreatitis after operation using WeChat platform is of great value in reducing the incidence of complications and improving the quality of life.
