精准扶贫视野下大学生就业观的性别差异调查研究 被引量:1

摘要 国家对高校精准扶贫大学生的资助力度巨大,使得贫困家庭出来的大学生,在就读期间能够安心完成学业。但是近年来随着高校的扩招,应届毕业生数量逐年增加,大学生就业问题越来越突出。贫困大学生在就业过程中面临的困难也越来越巨大。本研究通过对在校大学生发放问卷的方式了解目前在校大学生的就业观。通过对问卷的分析发现男生与女生在就业观上存在较大的差异,本研究针对发现的问题提出相应的整改措施,以使得贫困大学生能有好的就业态度,尽快就业。 The state provides great financial support to college students who are in need of precise help to the poor, so that college students from poor families can finish their studies safely during their study. However, in recent years, with the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities, the number of fresh graduates has been increasing year by year, and the employment problem of undergraduates has become more and more prominent. Impoverished college students face more and more difficulties in the employment process. In this study, current university students' employment concept is studied through questionnaires on college students. Through the analysis of the questionnaire, we found that there is a big difference between boys and girls in employment. This study puts forward corresponding rectification measures for the problems found so that poor college students can have a good employment attitude and get employed as soon as possible.
