基于高校辅导员兼任教师的《电机与拖动》课程体系构建

摘要 为了促进学生学习积极性的提升,确保教学质量的不断提高。在分析了高校辅导员的具体工作特点后,提出了辅导员兼任教师的教学改革模式。以《电机与拖动》课程为例,结合辅导员在学生管理工作中,对学生特点的了解和分析,提出了与之对应的课程教学体系,并开展了1学期的试运行。良好的教学效果表明,辅导员兼任教师的模式,有利于根据学生的专业、兴趣等特点进行因材施教,达到提升学习效果的目的。 In order to promote the promotion of students ' learning enthusiasm, to ensure the continuous improvement of the quality of teaching. After analyzing the specific work characteristics of college counselors, the teaching reform mode of instructors and teachers is put forward. Taking " motor and drag " course as an example,combined with the understanding and analysis of the student ' s characteristics in the student management work, the corresponding curriculum teaching system was put forward, and the 1 semester trial run was carried out. Good teaching results show that the mode of counselors ' part-time teachers is conducive to teaching students according to their aptitude according to their specialties, interests and so on, so as to achieve the goal of improving learning effectiveness.
