基于高校辅导员兼任教师的《电机与拖动》课程体系构建

为了促进学生学习积极性的提升,确保教学质量的不断提高。在分析了高校辅导员的具体工作特点后,提出了辅导员兼任教师的教学改革模式。以《电机与拖动》课程为例,结合辅导员在学生管理工作中,对学生特点的了解和分析,提出了与之对应的课程教学体系,并开展了1学期的试运行。良好的教学效果表明,辅导员兼任教师的模式,有利于根据学生的专业、兴趣等特点进行因材施教,达到提升学习效果的目的。
