高校辅导员从事的是德育工作,首先要不断提高自身素养,做到以身作则,言传身教。俗语说:喊破噪子不如做出样子,讲的就是这个道理。辅导员工作,不仅要晓之以理,动之以情,还需要以实际行动感染和带动学生共同成长进步。因此,作为辅导员,必须要使自己所说的正确道理与自己的实践行动保持一致,达到"言必行,行必果"的效果。
