大跨钢屋盖卸载阶段支座焊缝处剪应力分析与监测

摘要 大跨钢屋盖支座焊缝处为屋盖与基础结构连接的关键部位,而在以往卸载施工中对该部位的应力分析及监测极少。因此本文以重庆鱼洞体育馆为研究对象,首先基于ABAQUS工作平台建立了屋盖整体模型与支座局部模型,并根据应力分布进行测点选取,再采用有限元分析中选取的测点进行现场实测,最后通过有限元分析与现场实测的对比,对钢屋盖卸载阶段支座焊缝处剪应力的变化规律进行了分析。结果表明,采用整体模型分析结合局部模型分析进行测点选取的方法,能监测结构的最不利状况,不仅保证了卸载过程中的结构安全,同时为其设计提供一定可靠度保证,对类似工程的监测与分析有一定的借鉴意义。 The weld of long-span steel roof supports is a key part of roof and foundation structure connection.However, the stress analysis and monitoring of this site during the unloading construction are very few. Therefore, this paper takes Chongqing Yudong as a research object. Firstly, based on the ABAQUS working platform, a local model of the roof and a partial model of the support are established, and the measuring points are selected according to the stress distribution. The measured points in the finite element analysis Finally, through the comparison between the finite element analysis and the field measurement, the change rule of the shear stress at the weld of steel roof unloading stage was analyzed. The results show that the whole model analysis combined with local model analysis can be used to monitor the most unfavorable condition of the structure, which not only ensures the structural safety during unloading but also provides a certain degree of reliability for its design. Monitoring and analysis have some reference.
