摘要
为保证主泵主轴的运行安全,对主泵主轴的定期无损检测是确保其安全运行的关键所在,因而有针对性的开展主泵主轴超声检验技术研究。通过分析研究主泵主轴材质、结构以及现场条件对超声检验的影响,开展探头角度、频率、晶片尺寸以及标定试块等检测参数和检验技术的设计,并进行声场模拟和模拟件检测试验,研究开发出了一套有效可靠快捷的主泵主轴超声检验技术。
Regular nondestructive detection of main pump spindle is the key to ensure its safe operation, so we targeted to carry out ultrasonic inspection technology research on the main pump spindle. By analyzing the influences of material, structure, and site conditions on the ultrasonic inspection, we developed sound field simulation and the simulation test by designing the test parameters and inspection technology, and the test parameters included probe Angle, frequency,chip size and calibration block and so on. The research developed a set of effective, reliable and fast main pump spindle ultrasonic inspection technology.
