大兴安岭南麓片区国家级贫困县普惠金融发展情况调研报告

Investigation Report on the Development of Inclusive Finance in the National Poverty County of the Southern Part of Daxing'anling Mountains

为深入了解大兴安岭南麓片区国家级贫困县的"普惠金融"发展情况,长春金融高等专科学校金融学院调研团队分别于2017年6月和7月赴黑龙江省、吉林省和内蒙古自治区部分国家级贫困县进行普惠金融调研,共收回1900多份有效调研问卷。本次调研涉及范围广、影响力大、专业性强,获得了大量一手数据,调研结果真实可信,具有代表性,有助于从基层实践角度出发,总结目前被调研地区普惠金融创新实践方面的经验、存在的问题,提出有针对性的对策建议,助力实现金融惠民。

In order to understand the development of ＂inclusive finance＂ in the national poverty county of the southern part of Daxing＇anling mountains, the research team of the school of finance of Changchun Finance College went to the national poverty county of Heilongjiang Province, Jilin Province and Inner Mongolia Autonomous region on June 2017 and July to done research on inclusive finance and collected more than 1,900 valid questionnaires. This survey involves a wide range of issues, has great influence, is highly professional, and has obtained a large amount of primary data. The research results are truthful and representative, which is helpful to sum up the experience and existing problems in the practice of inclusive finance innovation in the area under investigation from the perspective of grass-roots practice, and put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions and help to achieve financial benefits to the people.
