住院患儿父母参与照护项目问卷研制及信效度分析

Questionnaire development and reliability and validity analysis of inpatient children's parent participation in care

目的研制适用于临床实践环境中测评住院患儿父母参与照护项目的调查问卷,为促进父母参与照护提供参考依据。方法在文献分析的基础上,拟订调查问卷的初始条目,经过两轮专家咨询对问卷进行修订,并对103名患儿父母进行问卷调查,检验问卷的信效度。结果最终形成包括3个维度、19个条目的住院患儿父母参与照护项目问卷,问卷总体Cronbach'sα系数为0.961,各条目的 Cronbach's α系数为0.949~0.955;因子分析提取出3个公因子,分别为情感支持、信息支持和基础护理,累计贡献率为76.05%。结论住院患儿父母参与照护项目问卷具有较好的信度和效度,能有效、客观地测评患儿父母参与照护的实际情况。

Objective To develop the questionnaire which was used in clinical practice and could measure inpatient children＇s parent participation in care,so as to provide the reference for clinical research.Methods To formulate the initial entry of questionnaire on the basis of searching literature and revise it through two rounds of expert consultation,then used the questionnaire to survey 103 parents and tested its reliability and validity.Results The questionnaire included three dimensions and 19 items,which overall Cronbach＇s α was 0.961 and each objective Cronbach＇ s α was 0.949 - 0.955.Factor analysis extracted three common factors,which were emotional support,information support and basic nursing,with a cumulative contribution rate of 76.05%.Conclusion The questionnaire had well reliability and validity,which can effectively and objectively measure the actual statue of parents＇ participating in nursing care.
