摘要
目的调查硕士学位护士职业认同、人文关怀效能现状,探讨二者之间的相关性。方法采用一般资料调查表、职业认同量表和关怀效能量表对山东省6所三级甲等医院的185名硕士学位护士进行问卷调查。结果硕士学位护士职业认同总分为(33.26±6.19)分,人文关怀效能总分为(114.34±14.84)分。硕士学位护士人文关怀效能与其职业认同呈正相关(r=0.433,P<0.01),控制一般资料后,硕士学位护士职业认同可以解释其人文关怀效能20.0%的变异量。结论硕士学位护士人文关怀效能与职业认同水平均有待提高,建议护理管理者应采取针对性的措施以提高硕士学位护士的职业认同,从而提高其人文关怀效能水平,提升护理质量。
Objective To investigate the current condition of caring efficacy and professional identity among nurses with master degree and analyze their correlation.Methods A total of 185 nurses with master degree from six 3 A-level hospitals in Shandong province were investigated with general information questionnaire,Professional Identity Scale and Caring Efficacy Scale( CES).Results The total score of the professional identity in master degree nurses was( 33.26±6.19),the total score of CES in master degree nurses was( 114.34±14.84).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the points of caring efficacy in master degree nurses was positively correlated to the professional identity( r= 0.433,P〈0.01).Regression analysis showed professional identity could independently explain 20.0% of the variance for caring efficacy in master degree nurses after controlling demographic variables.Conclusion Caring efficacy and professional identity of nurses with master degree were need to improve. It is suggested that nursing managers should take effective measures to improve their professional identity,then their human caring level would increase,ultimately promote the nursing quality.
