摘要
目的调查军队中心医院军人护士和非现役文职护士的职业获益感、战备能力现状,探讨二者之间的相关性。方法采用便利抽样法,选取16所军队中心医院616名军人护士和非现役文职护士采用一般资料调查表、护士职业获益感问卷和战备评估与部署能力指数量表进行调查。结果军队医院护士职业获益感的总均分为(4.34±0.74)分,处于中等偏高水平;战备能力总均分为(3.43±0.63)分。军队医院护士的正向职业感知、亲友认同、团队归属感、良好护患关系和自身成长均与战备能力各维度呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论护理管理者应重视护士的战救技能培训,采取相应措施提高战备能力,从而提高其职业获益感,减轻护士职业倦怠,增强部队战斗力,为做好卫勤保障工作打好基础。
Objective To investigate the perceived professional benefit and initial operating capability of military nurses and non active civilian nurses in military central hospital,and to discuss the correlation between them.Methods Using the convenient sampling,616 military nurses and non active civilian nurses from 16 military central hospitals were selected to investigate by the general information questionnaire,the nurse occupation benefit scale and Readiness Estimate and Deployability Index( READI) on the questionnaire survey.Results The military hospital nurse perceived professional benefit score was( 4.34±0.74) points,the initial operating capability score was( 3.43±0.63).Positive occupational perception,relatives and friends identification,team belonging,good relationship between nurses and patients and their own growth are positively related to all the dimensions of initial operating capability( P〈0.01).Conclusion Nursing managers should pay attention to training of initial operating capability and take corresponding measures to improve military hospital nurses' combat readiness,improve their perceived professional benefit,reduce nurses' job burnout,strengthen the combat effectiveness of nursing staff,thus to lay the foundation of medical security work.
