轻度认知障碍精神行为症状研究的进展

A review of the behavioral and psychological symptoms of mild cognitive impairment

文章归纳了轻度认知障碍的精神行为症状的相关研究热点,指出了MCI精神行为症状的发生率、相关机制、影响因素等方面研究的主要进展。讨论了MCI个体的精神行为症状所存在的临床异质性,以及与认知功能、MCI转归的关系。在此基础上,对MCI精神行为症状的识别、评估及干预等进行了展望。

The paper mainly reviewed the researches of behavioral and psychological symptoms of Mild Cognitive Impairment（ MCI）groups,pointed out the research progress on the incidence rate,mechanisms and influencing factors of MCI. Then discussed the heterogeneity of behavioral and psychological symptoms among MCI clients,and analyzed it＇s relationships with cognitive function and the conversion.On the basis,the paper discussed the further researches about the identification,assessment and intervention of behavioral and psychological symptoms of MCI.
