“四省一市”现代服务业发展比较及对江苏的启示

近年来,江苏现代服务业发展取得了快速发展,现代服务业规模不断提升,新模式、新业态不断涌现,现代服务业对经济的贡献不断增加,产业结构得到了显著优化。但与上海、浙江、广东等其他国内经济发达地区相比,江苏现代服务业的发展仍存在一定的差距,面临较为严峻的发展任务。因此,本文选取上海、浙江、广东、山东和江苏(简称"四省一市")进行比较研究,结合"四省一市"现代服务业发展的新情况,从多个层面和视角,分析"四省一市"现代服务业发展的差异,深入和系统的比较江苏与其他省市现代服务业发展的差距,分别从区域分工、经济发展阶段等方面分析其发展缓慢的原因,进而提出加快江苏现代服务业发展的政策建议。

In recent years, the development of modern service industry in Jiangsu has achieved rapid development. The scale of modern service industry continues to rise. New models and new formats are emerging constantly. The contribution of modern service industry to the economy is increasing and the industrial structure has been significantly optimized. However, compared with other developed areas such as Shanghai, Zhejiang and Guangdong, there is still a gap between the development of modern service industry in Jiangsu Province and the more serious development tasks. Therefore, this article chooses Shanghai, Zhejiang, Guangdong, Shandong and Jiangsu("four provinces and one city") for a comparative study. Combining with the new development of modern service industry in "four provinces and one city", this article analyzes " Four Provinces and One City, "the differences in the development of modern service industry, and in-depth and systematic comparison of the gap between the development of modern service industry in Jiangsu and other provinces and cities. Analyze the reasons for its slow development from the aspects of regional division of labor and stages of economic development, Policy Suggestions for the Development of Modern Service Industry.
