Eco-environmental Assessment of Marine Science and Technology Talents in Jiangsu Coastal Areas

良好健康的生态环境是吸引和留住海洋科技人才的关键。本文在构建海洋科技人才生态环境评价指标体系的基础上,运用模糊层次分析法,对江苏沿海地区海洋科技人才的生态环境进行科学合理的评价,以发现该地区海洋科技人才生态环境存在的问题,从而为该地区建设健康的生态环境以吸引、留住海洋科技人才提供科学的依据。

A good and healthy ecological environment is the key to attract and retain marine science and technology talents. On the basis of constructing the index system of ecological and environmental assessment of marine science and technology talents, this paper appraises the ecological environment of marine scientists and technicians in Jiangsu coastal areas scientifically and reasonably using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to find out the problems existing in the ecological environment of marine scientific and technological talents. Thus providing a scientific basis for building a healthy ecological environment in this area so as to attract and retain marine scientific and technological talents.
