契合与互动:现代乡村文化建设中乡村精英作用机制——以临海市大田刘村文化建设为例

Agreement and Interaction:Mechanism of Village Elites in Modern Village Culture Construction——Take Linhai Oda Liucun Cultural Construction as an Example

尽管以政府为主导的现代乡村文化建设在初期发挥着巨大的作用,但是这种模式下的乡村文化建设却存在着致命缺陷。可以说,现代乡村文化建设的成功与否取决于民间力量的参与,尤其是乡村精英的参与。由于乡村精英所拥有的社会资本将是现代乡村文化建设的重要资源。通过对台州市大田刘村文化建设与乡村精英在其中发挥作用的实证分析,探析现代乡村文化建设与乡村精英之间的契合点与互动点,从而提出理清治理责权,建立治理精英内部协调机制,促进乡村精英再生与回流,加强乡村精英之间的协调和合作是乡村精英在农现代村文化建设中充分发挥作用的前提。

It can be said that the success of modern rural culture depends on the participation of civil power, especially the participation of rural elites. Since the social capital owned by rural elites will be an important resource for the construction of modern rural culture, Through the empirical analysis of the field culture and the village elite in Daejeon, Taizhou, this paper analyzes the meeting point and interaction point between the modern rural culture construction and the village elite, and then proposes to clarify the responsibility and responsibility of governance and establish the internal coordination of the governing elite Mechanism to promote the regeneration and return of rural elites and to strengthen the coordination and cooperation among the rural elites are the preconditions for the village elites to give full play to their role in the cultural construction of the modern village.
