摘要
泛在学习颠覆了传统的教学模式,引发了课堂翻转,必将导致教师教学行为的转轨变型。教师是泛在学习的倡导者和实践者,也是泛在学习资源的建设者和泛在学习环境的创建者,有责任和义务指导学生掌握泛在学习技术和方法。分析高职教师在泛在学习背景下的教学准备行为、教学实施行为、教学评价行为和教学反馈行为特征。通过调查和访谈,找出服务泛在学习的教学行为问题,提出适应泛在学习发展的教学行为优化对策。
Ubiquitous Learning has subverted the traditional teaching mode and caused the flipped classroom,which will inequitably contribute to the transformation of teacher's teaching behaviors. Teachersare advocates and practitionersof Ubiquitous Learning,and they are also the constructors of the learning resources and the environment creators of Ubiquitous Learning,and thus they have the responsibility and obligation to guide students to master the techniques and methods in Ubiquitous Learning. Thispaper analyzes the characteristics of higher vocational teachers' teaching preparation,teachingpractice,teaching evaluation and teaching feedbackunder the background of Ubiquitous learning. The problems of teaching behaviors are found and the countermeasures of optimization for the development of the teaching behaviors are proposed through investigation and interview.
