摘要
ABE源于基于学习产出的教育模式(OBE),是一种基于学习能力的新教育理念。基于ABE的药事法规课程立体化教学模式,其核心是从培养学生专业能力、素质能力出发,结合药事法规特色,从教学过程、教学技术和教学评价三个方面开展药事法规课程综合改革研究,以培养拥有扎实药学法学基础、熟悉国内外医药卫生政策和法律、精通国际药品监管运作的专业化复合型监管人才。
The ABE is a new educational idea,originating from the Outcome-based Education(OBE).The core of three-dimensional teaching mode based on ABE is to cultivate students' professional ability and quality ability. To achieve the aim,the curriculum reform of Pharmaceutical Law and Regulation will be carried out mainly through three aspects — teaching process,teaching techniques and teaching evaluation,which will be combined with the features of Pharmaceutical Law. This reform will be conducive for professional interdisciplinary talents to laying a solid foundation of pharmacy and law knowledge,familiarizing with the policies and laws about medicine and health home and abroad,and mastering the operation mechanism of international drug regulation.
