Teaching Mode of Medicinal Chemistry Based on Organic Chemistry Thinking Mode

药物化学是药学、制药工程和药剂等药学类专业学生的专业主干课,其主要内容涉及新药设计、新药研究与开发、阐明药物的化学本质和探索药物发挥药效的机制等方面,是一门应用性很强的课程。从有机化学官能团反应性质、结构简化和共性剖析、共性结构官能团的反应机理等三个方面,结合构效关系和新药发展过程,详细阐述基于有机化学思维、以药物结构为核心的药物化学教学新模式的体会。

Medicinal Chemistry is the main course for pharmaceutical students majoring in pharmacy,pharmaceutical engineering and pharmaceutics. It is a highly practical course which involves the design of new drugs,the research and development of new drugs,the elucidation of the chemical essence of drugs and the mechanism to explore the efficacy of drugs. Combined with structure activity relationship and new drugs development process,the paper demonstrates some experiences of new teaching mode of Medicinal Chemistry based on organic chemistry thinking from three aspects: the nature of functional groups in organic chemistry reaction,structure simplification and general analysis,and reaction mechanism of functional groups with common structure.
